Wheet-Bix recipe gluten free biscuit

Hello everyone this is my first blog post of I hope many to come. 
Here is a great idea for a healthy gluten free breakfast biscuit made from Weet-Bix. It's so easy fast and delicious. Simply crush 4 weet-bix in a bowl then in another bowl beat one egg with a big tablespoon of honey, and add cinnamon for extra sweetness, mix them together and squeeze into a ball then flatten it, bake for 20 mins
